• Purchase the new or pre-owned printing hardware and Wadetech will support you with a comprehensive technical support package backed by the world leading hardware manufacturers that we represent and our own team of experienced technicians.  And of course you can rely on Wadetech's parts and consumables depot and knowledgeable warehouse staff to quickly deliver whatever you need, when you need it.

• Lease your printing hardware from us, with a lease / service package tailored to your cash flow and usage requirements - term, payment structure, technical service, parts and consumables.  Work with us to come up with an "all-in" payment scheme that works for you, where everything is included in a simple to manage usage-based charge per sq. ft. of material printed, with a pre-determined minimum monthly cost.

Technical Service

You can rely on Wadetech for professional technical support on any print solution we provide, from installation and printing system integration to training and on-site maintenance and support, all provided by our own in-house team of dedicated factory trained service technicians.

Wadetech’s maintenance and service best practices are based first of all on a preventative strategy - to prevent equipment issues before they become problems.  If equipment issues do occur, our remote diagnostics, in-house technicians and on-hand parts inventory usually ensures a quick and efficient resolution.

We even provide our onsite printing hardware clients with a backup strategy built around our own internal fleet of more than 75 printers distributed among our eleven print production and client service centres throughout Ontario. Since we actually use the same printing equipment in our own locations as we provide to our clients, our flexible service level agreements can be structured so that if an onsite printer is down for an extended period of time Wadetech will provide same-cost print production support from our location nearest you. You have the security of knowing that even if your equipment is down, we will make sure that your business is not.
